Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Captain Arbash Pro Training System (the "Service"), operated by Captain Arbash Pro Training System ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Captain Arbash Pro Training System is a subscription-based software platform for personal trainers and fitness coaches, providing tools for client assessment, training and nutrition plan creation, progress tracking, AI-assisted posture analysis, and related coaching features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis (Starter and Pro plans).
• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.
• After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled, and payment will be charged via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com).
• All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Client Data

As a trainer using the Service, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their personal or health-related data into the platform. You retain ownership of your client data.

7. AI-Assisted Features

Posture analysis and other AI-assisted features are provided as guidance tools to support your professional judgment. They are not a substitute for medical or physical therapy diagnosis, and should be used alongside your own professional expertise.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
