This Privacy Policy explains how Captain Arbash Pro Training System ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up.
- Client data you enter: names, phone numbers, physical measurements, photos, and health-related notes for the clients you coach. This data is entered and controlled by you as the trainer.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as device type and browser, used for troubleshooting.
- Payment information: processed entirely by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) — we do not store your card details.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the Service, including generating plans, reports, and AI-assisted analysis.
- To manage your subscription and billing via Lemon Squeezy.
- To communicate with you about your account or updates to the Service.
3. Client Health-Related Data
The Service allows trainers to store body measurements, posture-scan photos, and related fitness data for their clients. This is entered voluntarily by the trainer and is used solely to provide coaching features (progress tracking, AI posture analysis, corrective plans). You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their data.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers to operate the platform:
- Supabase — for secure database storage and authentication.
- Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) — for subscription billing and payment processing (acting as Merchant of Record).
- Netlify — for website hosting.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption in transit. Access to client data is restricted to your own trainer account via row-level security controls.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account will remove your stored client data from our active systems.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
